Global Pink Hijab Day

The mission, according to Global Pink Hijab Day's official site, is
to encourages Muslim women and men to participate in breast cancer awareness activities. The event also encourages the curious to ask Muslim women about their Hijabs, or Islamic headscarves.
This year Global Pink Hijab day is scheduled on Wednesday, October 27th, 2010.
So, if you have an awareness on breast cancer, do participate by wearing pink hijabs, pink ribbons, and donating to Breast Cancer Foundations on that day.
